Our Pastors

Hello and welcome to First Methodist Marble Falls! We are your pastors, Reverends Ellen Ely, Kit Tomlinson, and Allen Young. It’s our honor and privilege to serve this community of family and friends, and we hope you feel at home here. Our church believes in warm hospitality, deep care and compassion, and fervent evangelism. If there is anything we can do to help you learn more about a relationship with Jesus Christ or how our church can support you, please join us on a Sunday morning.

Our People

First Methodist Marble Falls is an intergenerational church full of faithful and generous people. We are a volunteer-led community where people can find their place helping others, spending time in a small group, serving in worship, and caring for those in need. Our programs serve kids birth-5th grade, students 6-12th grades, and adults of all ages. Find your place with us! Join us on a Sunday morning or fill out a Connect Card so we can be in touch with you.

God is moving in new ways and bringing about spiritual revival all over the world. We want to be a part of it! First Methodist Marble Falls seeks revival in ourselves, our church, and the community around us.

Here are a few things we believe about revival:

  • It begins in our own hearts when we earnestly seek God and respond to the grace and love He freely gives.
  • It is fueled by prayer and grounded in Scripture.
  • The spirit/core of revival is joy, peace, and other really good things!
  • It is meant to be shared. The gospel changes lives, and we strive to be a people who are always telling people about the transformational love of Christ.
