Welcoming Team

To provide a ‘family friendly’ environment that is both inviting and welcoming to our members, visitors and guests to our ministry and mission programs, worship celebrations and special events;
To provide exterior and interior signage around and within our facilities to assist members and visitors in efficient and effective use of our buildings;
To provide hospitality and information to our visitors by informing them about the convenience of our facilities to assist their needs and their families’ comfort;
To encourage registration of visitors for each of our ministry and mission programs and events to offer a nurturing invitation to make their fellowship with us enjoyable, supportive and memorable;
To provide appropriate materials/information for the description and procedures of the ministry event (bulletin, flyers, brochures, etc.) that will assist those attending; and,
To provide necessary Greeters, Ushers, and Welcoming Personnel at specific stations in and around our facilities to offer direction, information and accommodation to our members, visitors and guests.
